J.Lynn Johnston's Blahg!

I love my life! You should too…

-Altamont was an interesting town. Our set was at high noon, and I
ended up with a nasty sunburn from the lack of shade. There were about
four or five meatheads who were forcing a rather malicious pit in the
middle of the crowd. Pits don’t bother me normally, but this one wasn’t
right. It was violent and disrespectful, and those who were there to
see our set were getting annoyed. So I called the out on it, and we
got into it a bit. At one point, there was just ONE guy standing
shirtless in the middle of the crowd, flailing his fists and bucking
around by himself as if he had a severe case of epilepsy. There’s
nothing like having a small penis to get you all riled up and pissed at
the world.

-Then I remembered that years ago even the Rolling Stones had problems
at a
show in Altamont. Maybe there’s something in the water there…

-The set went well in spite of the idiots, and we had some cool
conversations with the true fans afterward. Many of them thanked me for
putting heat on the few who were trying to ruin it for the many. It
turns out we won over a lot of new faces, and a lot of them said they
were excited to go and check out our set in Poughkeepsie tomorrow.
Hopefully they’ll all show up, and we can give them the show they deserve.

Love and testosterone overload,
